Exchange Policy
At Cold.Culture, we offer an easy exchange process for all items* purchased. Please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange within 5 days of purchase:

- Ship the item(s) back to us using your preferred courier service. The product must be in its original condition to qualify for an exchange.
- Once your package is received at our address, we will process your exchange request promptly.
Note: A delivery fee for exchanged products will be collected as Cash on Delivery (COD) during the delivery of the exchanged item(s).
Return Policy
All products purchased from Cold.Culture are eligible for exchange (not refunds) within 5 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
- The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product.
