Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy

At Cold.Culture, we offer an easy exchange process for all items* purchased. Please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange within 5 days of purchase:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Instagram (@coldculture.pk) to request an exchange.
  2. Ship the item(s) back to us using your preferred courier service. The product must be in its original condition to qualify for an exchange.
  3. Once your package is received at our address, we will process your exchange request promptly.

Note: A delivery fee for exchanged products will be collected as Cash on Delivery (COD) during the delivery of the exchanged item(s).


Return Policy

All products purchased from Cold.Culture are eligible for exchange (not refunds) within 5 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  2. The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product.

To Raise a Dispute:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via email at buycoldculture@gmail.com or on Instagram (@coldculture.pk).

Important Notes

Certain scenarios make it difficult for us to process returns and exchanges, including but not limited to:

  1. Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
  2. Products damaged due to use.
  3. Products that have been tampered with.
  4. Size issues caused by customers.

Refund Policy
Please note that Cold.Culture does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.
